Laura Martinez - 3 & 4's Teacher, Executive Director
Sue Miller - 3's & 4's Teacher, Associate Director
Laura Martinez has lived in Colorado long enough to feel at home, but was raised in the South. She graduated from CSU years ago and returned to college for her degree in Early Childhood Education several years ago. She and her husband, Bob, have three grown children. Their children attended Community Preschool and they still have fond memories of their time spent at this school. Mrs. Martinez loves spending time with her family, her many animals, traveling, and reading. She is so happy to be able to play while she works at Community Preschool. She says, “The children and their families continue to be a source of joy for me.” We are so glad to have Mrs. Martinez with us. She smiles to the faces of all the children she meets. Her ever happy and loving personality makes her a great asset to the school.
Sue Miller was born in Niagara Falls, New York, but has lived in Colorado for most of her life. She attended high school in Loveland and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education (teaching hearing impaired children) and Elementary Education at the University of Northern Colorado. She has also taken numerous classes in early childhood education, reading, and speech and language development. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, and walking. She and her family also like to travel. Sue and her husband, Kevin, have five children. All of their children attended Community Preschool! She says “I enjoy working at Community Preschool. I am thankful to be a part of such a caring, loving, and friendly community.” We love Mrs. Miller and the love and kindness she shows towards our children. We are grateful for all that she adds to our school.

I am so excited to be at Community Preschool. I was born and raised in Loveland and as a child I attended CPS and am now looking forward to being a teacher here. I am married to a wonderful man and have four incredible children! Our oldest three have attended CPS and developed friendships we hope last a lifetime!
I have an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and Science with over nine years’ experience in the classroom. I love children and am passionate about giving them the tools to discover and learn. For the last six years I have been involved with writing and developing children’s curriculum. I enjoy spending time with my family, scrap booking, crocheting, reading, hiking, biking and being outdoors.
Kelley Mauck is a native of Colorado and was raised in Ft. Collins. Kelley has been married for two years and is a proud mother of two furry daughters, her dogs Sophie and Daisy. They recently moved to Loveland and she is excited to be a part of Community Preschool. Teaching preschool-age children is her passion and she loves to watch them grow cognitively, socially and emotionally. When not teaching, Kelley enjoys spending time with her family, going to the lake and shopping. Kelley looks forward to getting to know the children and parents of Community Preschool.
