Tuition Specifics
Tuition is based on $7.75 per day for all classes. As long as your child is still registered in the preschool, you are required to pay for all days. Any missed days due to sickness, vacation, or snow days are not deducted from your tuition payment.
If, for any reason, a child is withdrawn from the preschool, a two-week written notice of withdrawal is required. The $50.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
Please contact the treasurer prior to the due date if you would like to discuss payments in any other manner than as outlined in the tuition chart (monthly, yearly). If tuition is paid more than 10 days after the due date, a $10.00 fee will be assessed. If tuition is paid more than 30 days past the due date, a fine of $30.00 will be incurred. If a full quarter passes without tuition being paid and the next quarter comes due, we will ask the family to pay on all current quarters and fines or ask the family to stop attending CPS.
If the family chooses to remove their child from school, they will still owe the preschool for the services they received on their last quarter, including penalties. A family cannot re-enroll or register for the following year unless all tuition is paid and/or penalties are paid. Please contact the treasurer if you are unable to make the payments as scheduled.
Community Preschool, Inc. reserves the right to use all board-approved legal means to pursue monies owed.
***Please note: There will be no reimbursement of tuition due to snow days or unexpected closures at the school.
